1. Availability of the products:
All our coffee products are Single Origin and come directly from Colombia, our sales are subject to availability. If we cannot supply a specific reference, we will let you know within 24 hours of your purchase. You have the option of continuing with your order and replacing the items that are not available or for you to cancel your order.
2. Delivery times:
We will send your order within 24 hours of the day of your purchase. All of our orders are delivered through the Royal Mail service so please give your order between 2 to 4 working days to arrive to your destination. Trade orders are delivered through UPS.
3. Delivery cost in the UK
Our delivery costs depend on weight. The following prices are applicable for UK mainland except locations adjacent Scottish Highlands and Isle of Wight – North Ireland, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands.
0 – 750g £3.90, 751g – 1250g £5.50, 1251g – 1750g £6.45, 1751g – 4750g £9.95 and over 5k up to 20k £12.99
4. International Delivery.
We are happy to deliver to international addresses. Please contact us directly to discuss quantities and delivery cost.
5. Returns and refunds:
If you are returning an item because your order is incorrect, or the goods are damaged, we will refund the total of your purchase including delivery charges. In all other circumstances where it is not our fault, delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please see below our return address. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Price:
Prices are charged according to those published on the site on the day of purchase. We reserve the right to alter prices to reflect changes in the market or material costs. Also our coffees are not VAT-chargeable.

Shopping on the Internet will require you to provide us with your name and address and other relevant information. Personal information provided by you and any other information relating to you, will be held by Shelton’s Coffee Ltd. However, we never share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes by mail, telephone, or email.
